Once your request is received, a member of Amy’s team will connect with you to discuss availability, event goals, and next steps. From there, you’ll receive a personalized proposal and contract to secure your date.

Amy aims to make every event seamless and stress-free for hosts. Her setup needs are simple and can be adjusted based on your venue and audience size.
For in-person events:
A microphone (preferably wireless or a headset for freedom of movement)
A projector or screen (if slides or visuals will be used)
Sound system with clear audio quality
A small table or podium and water nearby
Access to the venue at least 30 minutes before speaking time for setup and prayer
For virtual events:
A stable internet connection
Platform access (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Optionally, the ability to share slides or visuals
Amy’s team will coordinate with your event planner ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly and aligns with your event’s flow and atmosphere.

It’s best to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date! Amy’s calendar often fills several months in advance—especially for spring and fall, which are her busiest speaking seasons.
For larger conferences or retreats, booking 6–12 months ahead is recommended.
For local or smaller events, 3–6 months in advance is usually sufficient.If your event is coming up soon, don’t hesitate to reach out anyway—Amy’s team will do their best to accommodate you or suggest an alternative date.
